UVA has had a rough football year, as usual, but Jack is still a fan. How cute is he in this onesie from Uncle Cliff?

Two new problems:

1) Jack has been escaping more and more out of his swaddle...


2) I think we have a thumb sucker on our hands...at night and nap time he is swaddled but he LOVES to chew his hands and I caught him with BOTH thumbs in his mouth the other day...hmmmm like mother like son

Yay for Christmas and Christmas Trees!!

Sunday we headed out to get our first Christmas tree! I am very proud about how it turned out!! This year is our first Christmas in our house with the baby. So excited!

John graciously babysat last night so I could go to Anne Marie's babyshower (I am slowly learning you aren't supposed to take your baby to everyone elses parties) and this is how I found them when I got home:

Our Second Date

Wow, I am so lucky. I have the prettiest girlfriend! My girlfriend, Alice Tafel, came to Virginia Beach to visit with her Lolly. While she was in town we got to have our second date. On our first date I was very intimidated by her because she seemed so much bigger than me. Now we are practically the same size, I am growing so fast!!
