Jack Reading

Annie Clapping

Happy Fall, Y'all!!

It has been a very busy couple of weeks for us at the Watson household.  Jack started school, well actually it is a PDO at the Methodist church, he will really start school next year.  Jack is a handful and is constantly surprising us with his intelligence.  He is getting better at following directions but is very strong willed and focused.  He knows all of his colors, animals and can count to 10.  I am sure all kids can do this but it just seems so amazing to me!  He is talking up a storm and it is adorable to see him string together words.   Miss Annie is still cute as a button.  She recently learned how to clap, I will have to upload a video, it is so precious.  She is very vocal about what she wants and doesn't want.  Mealtime is rough and she has started to be just like Jack was, yelling at us if she doesn't like what we have given her or if we aren't fast enough.  I learned last night that she really prefers homemade food to jarred...geez, like I have time or the desire for that!  John is lucky to be fed!  It is officially time to lower the crib as Annie is now crawling and starting to pull up!!  It is all going too fast!  Her crawling is hysterical.  She is very prissy and will only go a few feet and then sit back up.  She also loves music and to dance.  She could not be more different than Jack sometimes!  AND her hair is finally starting to come in, time to invest in some bows!!
